LANCASTER COUNTY, PA


Bed and Breakfast Accommodations:

  • Rates:  Bed & Breakfast : $79.00 to $199.00 a night
  • Reservations are recommended. There is a 2 night minimum stay on weekends and holidays, We do drop our two night minimum on the Wednesday before the weekend.
  • Deposit payment of ½ the total room rental or $50 (which ever is greater) is required as deposit. VISA, MC, and personal checks accepted.
  • Our cancellation policy is 14 days. Refunds are honored less a $15.00 cancellation processing fee, if we are able to re-rent your accommodations. If we are unable to re-rent the room we will have to retain the 50 % deposit.
  • Restrictions: No pets. Cecil, our Old English Sheepdog would not understand. Well behaved children over the age of 12 are welcome.
  • For your safety and to protect the house and furnishings, smoking is permitted outside only.
  • Check-in for both Inns is at THE AMETHYST INN, 144 West Main Street.
  • Breakfast for both Inns is served in the dining room of the Amethyst between 7:30 am and 9:00 am.

Cottage Accommodations:

  • Rates: Cottages : $225.00 to $495.00 a night
  • Reservations are recommended. There is a 3 night minimum stay on weekends and holidays, We do drop our three night minimum on the Wednesday before the weekend. An additional cleaning fee will be charged  if the reservation is less than 3 nights.
  • Deposit payment of ½ the total cottage rental is required as deposit. VISA, MC, and personal checks accepted.
  • Our cancellation policy is 30 days. Refunds are honored less a $50.00 cancellation processing fee for the cottages and a $75.00 cancellation processing fee for the Vacation Home, if we are able to re-rent your accommodations. If we are unable to re-rent the accommodations we will have to retain the 50 % deposit.
  • We're pet friendly! Well behaved, housebroken dogs accepted. Security deposit required for pets. Dogs may not be left unattended in the cottage. Crates are available upon request
  • For your safety and to protect the house and furnishings, smoking is permitted outside only.
  • Continental breakfast and daily housekeeping is available at the cottages for an additional fee.
  • Check-in for the cottages are at THE AMETHYST INN, 144 West Main Street.

 

Cabin Accommodation:

  • Rates: Cabin : $250.00 to $300.00 a night
  • Reservations are recommended. There is a 3 night minimum stay on weekends and holidays, We do drop our three night minimum on the Wednesday before the weekend. An additional cleaning fee will be charged  if the reservation is less than 3 nights.
  • Linens are not provided.
  • Deposit payment of ½ the total cottage rental is required as deposit. VISA, MC, and personal checks accepted.
  • Our cancellation policy is 30 days. Refunds are honored less a $50.00 cancellation processing fee, if we are able to re-rent your accommodations. If we are unable to re-rent the accommodations we will have to retain the 50 % deposit.

West Virginia Accommodation:

 

Monday thru Thursday $225.00 per night

 Friday thru Sunday $250.00 per night

        Tax Rate: 12.0% Cleaning: $82

  • Stay 2 nights or more and cleaning fee will be waived
  • 10% Cancellation Fee applies to all cancellations made 48 or more hours before your reservation or you can reschedule your reservation for no cancellation fee.
    20% Cancellation Fee for all cancellations between 24 hours and 48 hours before your Reservation date.
    1 night stay fee applies to any cancellation made on the day of check-in.
    Sorry, no one time courtesy rescheduling of reservations for no additional fee if reservation is rescheduled 48 hours or more prior to check in date.
    Any additional changes will incur a $25 processing fee per change plus applicable taxes refunds or discounts for early departures
  • As a precautionary measure for an emergency situation and due to insurance, liability and maximum occupancy issues; absolutely no additional guests are allowed. Renters are required to inform Berkeley Springs Cottage Rentals of the total number of persons in your party and additional over party limit fees may be incurred.
